New York Unit of the Herb Society of America’s Spring Meeting and Lecture

The New York Unit of the Herb Society of America invites you to attend their Spring Meeting and Lecture. The speaker is Dr. Kanchan Koya, who will present a lecture on “Spice Spice Baby.”  Dr Koya, a Harvard trained molecular biologist, will discuss the science backed health benefits of spices, and provide inspiration to use them in simple, unexpected ways.  Dr. Koya’s focus is bringing to light the healing power of ancient spices with easy to follow and delicious recipes. Registration starts at 10AM. Meeting at 10:30AM with lecture, raffle and herbal lunch following. A plant sale and garden shop will be in the Terrace Garden.
