After 30 years in the fashion industry, Jennifer has taken her managerial skills and applied them to her new passion, running the John Jay Homestead Farm Market, which she helped to establish in 2011. She is an advocate for the small, local farmer and as market manager has embraced many local farms, who have become the core of the market. Inspired by Alice Waters, one of the most influential figures in the food movement, Jennifer believes eating organic foods using the freshest ingredients is essential for good health and is honored to be part of the local food movement.
