Created exclusively for Friends of John Jay Homestead by acclaimed local artist Katharine Barnwell, this beautifully illustrated 1,000-piece puzzle celebrates the people, places, and stories that make John Jay Homestead a cornerstone of our nation’s history.
Barnwell’s original artwork brings the Homestead to life, weaving together the landscape, historic buildings, members of the Jay family, and the many individuals, objects, and moments that shaped the property over more than two centuries.
From the Bedford House and surrounding farm to the people whose lives intersected here, every section of the puzzle reveals another layer of the Homestead’s rich and evolving story.
