Yesterday’s Mystery Object was a Game of Graces.
Just like many other toys and games at the time, the game of graces was made out of wood. It included four sticks and a single hoop which was frequently decorated with ribbons. A two- player game, each participant would have two sticks each. Stepping a few feet away from one another, one player will fling the hoop to the other player who will catch it. The sticks are used to both toss and catch the flying hoop.
