  • July 14, 20192:00 pm–3:00 pm

The influence of the French in America can be seen through the many French items the Jay’s owned. The number of tickets available for each tour is strictly limited. We strongly recommend you purchase your tickets in advance. Please note that all members of your party are required to have a ticket for admittance, even if there is no fee associated with their ticket. Tickets are transferable, but not refundable.

Thematic Tour—John Jay & The Revolutionary War

  • July 17, 20192:00 pm–3:00 pm

Happy birthday America! Although John Jay did not sign the Declaration of Independence, he was a passionate supporter of our fight for freedom. Jay served on a committee exposing and prosecuting Loyalists, led a ring of spies, and eventually gained favorable terms in our peace agreement to end the war. Take a docent-led tour of John Jay’s home to explore these and other contributions John Jay made toward our nations birth.
