Arthur graduated from SUNY Oswego with a BA in History. Before joining the staff here at John Jay, Arthur worked as a researcher/writer at the Santa Monica History Museum in California. Most recently, he worked for the State Collections Management office at Peebles Island State Park, where he executed a variety of duties including accessioning, collections care and storage, curatorial research, and exhibit planning.
